Join Donna Vella and Beth Leas for a powerful afternoon of exploring our desires, intentions and hopes.  Through gratitude exercises, an appreciative and courageous inquiry of our strengths and successes, we will be awakened to new potentials and possibilities, and perhaps revive some dormant dreams.

 Afternoon will include:

·      Reflective Writing

 Donna Vella, CHHC, has been involved in health and wellness for more than 20 years.  She is a speaker, coach and workshop facilitator who inspires personal growth at the intersection of positive psychology and nutrition, bringing clear practices and perspectives to community and business audiences alike. Her mantra is “nourish to flourish!”  She is the founder of Stamford’s Positive Living Forum.  Workshop topics include Mindfulness, Positive Aging, Character Strengths and Authenticity.

Beth Leas, a lifelong spiritual explorer and meditator will encourage you to develop a new perspective through stirring the waters of your life to discover a clarified vision of yourself and your authentic voice.
