Katy Romita, Founder of One Small Stone:

Katy Romita is a meditation teacher and a student of the natural world. Katy writes, "Nature had always seemed so steady - a literal "rock" in an otherwise crazy and unpredictable world. So, it really felt like the ground was shifting underneath me when I started learning that the migration of birds, the changing of the seasons, and my family's safety from extreme weather - seemingly simple things that I'd always taken for granted - were not as reliable as I thought." One Small Stone is Katy's response to this recognition of climate change. Climate change is scary, but it is equally true that solutions are possible. One Small Stone helps people bring awareness, compassion, and energy to solutions for a healthy climate, by connecting people to practical environmental solutions, while also encouraging people to connect to their own innate, inherent goodness. www.onesmallstone.net
