Her down-to-earth sessions combine her gift of intuition with her personal practice of mindfulness, compassion and light-heartedness. 

Some of the tools she uses during her sessions are Jin Shin Jyutsu, Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy, breathwork, meditation, aromatherapy, hypnosis, guided imagery and transformative tarot readings. 

Your private session may be a choice of one of these tools, or a combination.

Private sessions are available in-person (Fairfield County CT) and by Skype and phone, so we can work together no matter where you live.  You will receive new tools, resources, ideas, and inspiration.
