• Explore your thoughts through simple prompts

• Express yourself without judgment or pressure

• Connect with kindred spirits who are also writing their way home

Beth will read some poetry to jump start your writing process - and we will all write quickly to move into a less self-conscious and in-the-flow kind of groove.

All you need is a pen, some paper, and your wonder-filled, curious self. Come as you are.

And there is no pressure to share. Simply an opportunity to be listened to..
